The focus of this team is to provide a myriad of services that add value to plant floor manufacturing operations.   These services include on-site engineering services; develop, implement, and validate process improvements to maximize production efficiency and effectiveness; design, build, install and validate new automation solutions; develop, implement and validate machine/system retrofit solutions.   We are ISO 9001 accredited and have a thorough working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70E, NFPA 79 and many other industry specifications.

Our well rounded team has a significant level of expertise in machine vision solutions, assembly systems, machining systems, carburizing furnaces, RFID, functional test systems, HMI solutions, servo motion control, bar coding applications, dedicated and flexible automation elements, hydraulics and pneumatics, and AC and DC drives.   We have proven experience in PLC conversions as well as retrofitting machine and manufacturing systems to extend the useful life of important equipment.
