POWERTRAIN TEST SYSTEMS

We design and build specialized computer controlled test machines for powertrain component and subsystem testing including gear systems, drive line systems, clutches and many others. Our niche is combining precise duty cycle speed, torque and lubrication inputs with high speed, multi-channel data acquisition and digital signal analysis to measure durability or NVH performance.


We design and build special machines that require a blend of technologies that most traditional machine builders simply cannot produce. Our niche is highly engineered one-of-a-kind or few-of-a-kind systems involving complex component geometries, sophisticated data collection and analysis algorithms, custom control systems or unique functional requirements. Many of our customers come to us for solutions that no other machine builder will quote. Of course, we take on more straight forward systems as well.


We focus primarily on quality related systems that provide process control and functional performance data. Many of our systems provide data to larger statistical process control systems, plant wide monitoring and traceability systems, or feedback to other machines in the manufacturing process. Our manufacturing facility is ISO certified with comprehensive CMM inspection capabilities for calibration and certification.
