Traceability
Components and sub-systems are identified and tracked by applying unique identifiers directly to parts or assemblies. Process data is recorded and synchronized to each specific component by creating and tracking a unique identifier throughout the production process, creating a distinct traceable birth history for each part. Real-time and historical data are available for process monitoring, quality assurance and warranty reduction programs. Recalls can be quickly contained and returned products can provide specific component and process histories.
RFID and Part Marking
We utilize Radio Frequency Identification technology in traceability, production monitoring, inventory tracking, warehouse management, asset location and sales applications. We are also experts in bar coding, pin stamping, laser etching and other part marking and reading technologies.
