Traceability or Birth History Systems - Components and sub-systems are identified and tracked by applying unique identifiers directly to parts or assemblies. These unique identifiers are read throughout the manufacturing process where process data is synchronized with each specific component or system. Real time and historical data are available for process monitoring, quality assurance and warranty reduction programs.
RFID – Radio Frequency IDentification technology is utilized in traceability, production monitoring, inventory tracking, warehouse management, asset location and sales. We are also experts in bar coding, pin stamping, laser etching and other part marking and reading technologies.
